Problem Statement

People want to live sustainably but often don't know how their daily activities affect the environment or how they can improve their habits.

What Students Need to Create

Build an interactive web application that allows users to track sustainable activities and understand their environmental impact.

Students should implement:

User Dashboard

  • Sustainability score
  • Daily/weekly activity summary
  • Environmental impact statistics

Activity Tracking

Users can record activities such as:

  • Using public transportation
  • Cycling/walking
  • Recycling
  • Saving electricity
  • Reducing water usage
  • Avoiding single-use plastics

Environmental Impact

  • Estimate carbon footprint.
  • Show impact of individual activities.
  • Compare current performance with previous periods.

Challenges

What to Submit

Submit all of the following:

  • GitHub repository link with the complete project source code.
  • Full documentation of the project (PDF/DOC), including a clear explanation of the solution. If the team has more than one member, every member's name must be listed in the documentation.
  • A live deployed link (Vercel or any free hosting provider).
